It is made from animal skin with a delicately hand-crafted
wooden fetish or other symbol attached to the flap. Some
circles see this a as 'medicine pouch' to be worn around
the neck, and would put types of medicine from a combination
of seeds and other talismen, to aspirin and even earplugs
fo those irritating head aches!
